SELLER COMMENTS: "Some Upgrades that you don't see: The entire house was built for Healthy Living. Everything installed in this house is either No or Low VOC. Products like wool insulation were used because wool is non-toxic and mold resistant unlike the foam insulation. It has an R-30 rating. The Schluter®-KERDI waterproofing system for showers installed in all showers. Mini-splits are more expensive to install, but the health benefits far outweigh the cost. With no duct work there is no place for the allergens to collect inside your home. RV pad fitted with a 30/50 amp plug on the east side of the garage exterior wall. The front patio/driveway wired for electric security gate and landscape lighting. The sauna in the Master Bedroom is WIRED for an infra-red or traditional sauna. The windows in the Master and in the main living room open & close electronically at the touch of a button. As is the sliding pocket "wall of windows" door. Each of the bedrooms are wired for a fan or a fan with lights. The Master bedroom has a switch by the bed & entrance for pendant lighting beside bed. Make it your own - You decide the exterior and interior touches Natural landscape means less maintenance and gives you the freedom to create your outdoor oasis. I'm very particular about the kind of pulls I want on my cabinetry so instead of defacing all of the cabinets, I installed just a few pulls that won't damage the fronts of the cabinets so you can open & close drawers and still be free to find and install the cabinet pulls that you like without having to fill holes left by pre-existing pulls. I also left the backsplash for you to tile, wall-paper, paint or something uniquely you. The bathrooms do not have hooks or towel bars up because I prefer hooks to hold my towels and robe. You decide the accessories & where to put them. Since most people like to customize closets, I installed basic shelves and hanging space so that you have someplace to store your clothes until you customize them. I've installed 3 barn doors. 1 at the Master bedroom; 1 at the 1/2 bath and one in the guest bath. The door-frames above the entrances to the office and the media room have reinforced framing under the drywall so that it is ready for you to hang 2 double barn doors if you want to privatize these rooms. The additional lighting, fans, outdoor heater, backsplash, landscaping, cabinet pulls, sauna element, bathroom accessories, custom closets & additional barn doors are items you purchase separately and install."
