Great older home that needs some TLC. This is a 2/2 home with a permitted addition. Plenty of wild life running about. There is RV parking and a circular drive around the home. Great big 24 x 10 Storage shed and built in brick fireplace on the back porch. There is a cute little ATV storage. There is a double roof. the home has a flat roof with a pitched roof on top of it. The addition does not have heating and cooling there for we are calling it storage, BUT there is great potential for an extra bedroom, office or just use it for storage. You pick. Nice views on a 1/2 of an acre. The leach field is bad and the price reflects that. This is a great deal for someone who isn't afraid to get their hands dirty...THIS HOME IS BEING SOLD AS IS!
