By far the least expensive, fee simple, land court, non condo property for sale in Haiku. Build your home in the trees, and have an acre in Haiku, close to everything for a very affordable price. Pauwela Stream crosses the east end of this lot and is spring fed throughout the year. The property does not have a county water meter, so a water catchment system could be installed as there is adequate rainfall in that location. This is a tough lot to build on as it is steep and covered with large trees,thus the low price.No seller financing available.
