Unfortunately I decided to sell my condo in Waikiki and buy a house in either Kahlua or Hawaii Kai at a time when prices went up and up and up and up and it was so difficult to find what I wanted. Malia invests a great deal of her focus in time on me as the client this is the third time we've been through this of buying of selling of buying and her extensive knowledge about real estate laws as a realtor broker and her extensive knowledge of Oahu where we were looking for property help me to understand what I would be getting into more and more as I was looking at various homes Buying a house in Hawaii is not for the faint of heart you have to consider everything from the plumbing to what pests are going to want to be eating up your house or living there with you you have to understand single wall construction as well as double wall construction and the pros and cons of different types of windows this is a tiny list compared to the plethora of things that Malia could help me through over the past few purchases if you're looking for a condo you will get every answer you're looking for before you buy the place. Malia is not faint of heart she sticks with things and finds out what needs to be found out. So if you're smart enough to use Malia as your realtor you have better luck of doing what you need to do for yourself than if you just pick somebody from a big company who is making statistics with you.
