Approximately 1-acre of the property has recently been cleared. Access is via a County maintained road. The exterior of an approximately 720 square foot home with deck is complete. The electric is ‘roughed in’ and was done by a licensed electrician. Plumbing is also ‘roughed in’ however the Sellers are not sure who did the plumbing. There are no permits for either of the structures. There is also a septic tank, a 10,000 gallon water catchment tank (that needs a new liner) as well as a 5,000 gallon water catchment tank (that also needs some work). No public utilities, electric would need to be by way of photo voltaic or generator. This will need to be an all-cash sale.
