Each building is direct ocean front, with island and ocean views. B704 is a coveted location, as it is an end unit, which means that it not only has a large lanai spanning the living room and master bedroom .. it also has a smaller lanai attached to the second bedroom which looks directly west towards the island of Lanai. The main lanai, looking to the northwest towards the island of Molokai, is shielded from the afternoon sun, which appeals to many owners. The interior has been tastefully remodeled and includes a washer/dryer in the unit. Each Hololani unit also has a reserved, underground parking space which will hold two cars, and a storage area. If you are looking for a unit that does not require any upgrades, is vacation rentable (but you can certainly live in the unit or have it as a second home), has unobstructed ocean and island views (with of course turtles all year round and whales in season), then this unit may be your perfect choice.
