Honolulu Park Place was the pride and joy of Downtown with awesome amenities: pool, jacuzzi, tea house party room, koi pond, racquet ball courts, gym, and even a 2 lane bowling alley. Owner recently repainted interior and exterior lanai ceiling/walls. This property has great security as no one can get to the elevators without face to face interaction with security. This stack is the best because there is no afternoon sun and Kukui Gardens is blocking the morning sun. Also nice breezes come off punchbowl right into this unit.
