Hoyochi Nikko is one of the few boutique oceanfront properties in upper West Maui. With only 18 units in this two story complex, the units rarely become available to purchase. In fact, since 2003 only 14 sales have occurred (according to the MLS). Once you see the complex and the unit, it is easy to understand why. The grounds are like an oasis leading to the sandy beach and the ocean, with a grassy lawn area, inground pool, island palms, a sandy area on the grounds for fun sports and a true sandy beach that extends the length of the complex.
