Rarely available and extensively renovated, including split ACs in the great room and all three bedrooms. This two-story, 3br/2ba corner/end unit is on quiet Oko St. with conservation land behind. There are two assigned parking stalls and visitor parking steps away. The unit was previously upgraded with vinyl windows, kitchen cabinets, granite counters and bathroom vanities. In 2020, the new upgrades were four split ACs, new luxury vinyl flooring, a new refrigerator, a new washer/dryer, a new kitchen sink and the kitchen wall was removed to open the living area. Also, the upstairs bathroom was redone, popcorn ceilings were removed, LED canned lighting was installed with dimmer switches and a new circuit breaker box was installed. There were all new doors put in, closets redone, new 6" baseboards throughout and repainted. Even the easy-access attic space was enclosed, carpeted and installed with new lighting. Finally, the pool is a short walk away and it's a quick drive to Kaneohe Marine Base, the H3 Freeway access and Aikahi Shopping Center. There are excellent schools nearby and it is also a pet-friendly community, plus Aikahi Gardens has a fantastic Site Manager.
