The kitchen and bathroom cabinets were all hand made on Molokai out of Sapella along with the bedroom barn door. There is a large island in the kitchen to sit and drink your coffee and glaze out the window to the beautiful blue in front. Off the kitchen is a large pantry and built in wooden shelves. The appliances are all stainless steel and granite counter tops. Wonderful Great Room also takes advantage of the ocean views in front. The primary master bedroom faces the ocean with a walk in closet and beautiful tiled bathroom with double sinks and glass block walk in shower. Two rooms behind have amazing mountain views with a shared tiled bathroom between. Entering the house has the laundry room with lots of storage and a half bath & very easy access for sitting pool side. With the home having photovoltaic it's nice with each room having a split AC. East end tends to be cooler, and AC are not needed as much. Attached to the pool deck are the stairs to an apartment with a nice covered deck that has even better views of the ocean. There is a kitchenette and tile bathroom. Great for extra guests that want their own space. The 4th bedroom is this apartment. Below the apartment is a large 2 car garage and behind has an enclosed outside bathtub to soak and look up at the stars at night. This house is a must see and only 13 miles to the main town of Kaunakakai, yet close to all the wonderful east end beaches. Lots of storage under the house.
