This lovely condo is situated below with no one in front of you and views were once of the old fairway. Winter time the waters in front are high surf and known for the surfing spot and summer time the waters are very calm and great for swimming/snorkeling, but always one can sit on the beach in front and see the sunset over the water. This condo is a one bedroom 2 bath. Downstairs has kitchen, bathroom, living room with a murphy bed and a nice screen in lanai to add to the living space. Upstairs is the bedroom, second bathroom with washer/dryer. Paniolo Hale has a nice tiled swimming pool with bathrooms, BBQ’s and chairs to lounge on. There are two HOA, one is West Molokai Association and it’s $50 a year. Paniolo Hale is monthly at $1085 and it covers, water, internet/cable, trash, sewer, grounds and outside. This condo is in a rental pool so call for showings.
