Wailea Ekahi 53-D is perfectly positioned to face the ocean & an endless array of sunsets. We love the vaulted ceilings, elegant crown molding & plantation shutters. The spacious bedroom is secluded, has lots of closet space, an en-suite bathroom with Uba-Tuba granite & floor to ceiling marble tile. The ocean view kitchen has maple cabinets, stainless steel appliances & granite kitchen counters. The lanai is just wonderful, either early in the morning with a fresh cup of coffee or at the end of the day, as the sun dips into the Pacific. I will let you in on a little secret about owning a unit like this. Its value goes far beyond being a great financial investment. When you are not here, just thinking about it makes you feel happy. When you are here, it is like walking through a portal & into a way of life that is simply better. We can honestly say that the days we have spent here have been among the best of our lives. Wailea is full of beauty, luxury, sunshine and happiness. It is one of the best places on the planet! We looked through all of Wailea & found that the Ekahi Village offered us tremendous value & great amenities. We love the easy beach access, while still being very close to the fantastic restaurants & shopping nearby that are a short walk from our unit. After looking at dozens of units, we decided that 53-D was the perfect fit & it has delivered beyond our expectations. We know it will do the same for its next lucky owner.
